The comfort of a Sofa or a Chair depends very much on the construction of the Seat Cushions and Back Pillows as well. There are many ways to enhance the look as well as the comfort of Seat Cushions. When doing a re-upholstery of a Sofa and or Chair we give our customers a variety of choices for the perfect upholstered Sofa and Chair.
.FTI 1 - Our standard Foam Dacron wrapped solution for seat cushion with every new re-upholstery project
- A high resiliency polyurethane foam core(1)
- Wrapped on top, front edge and bottom with a polyester fiber(2), glued to the core.
- Inserted into a sewn non woven polyester casing(3)
FTI 2 Seat Cushions Down Feather wrapped
Same construction as our FTI 1 Seat Cushions. On top and bottom each channeled section of down-proof muslin casing is filled with 75% waterfowl feathers and 25% white duck down.
FTI 3 Down Feather Seat Cushions and Back Pillows
A mixture of 75% waterfowl feathers and 25% white duck down is blown into a down proof muslin casing. The casing is constructed with dividers sewn to form channels that prevent the filling from shifting in use.

FTI 8 Back Pillows - all Dacron DuPont Hollofil fiber

- hand filled in a down proof muslin sewn casing (2)
- Recommended with FTI 10 Seat Cushions.
FTI 9 Seat Cushions
Same construction as FTI 6, wrapped in polyester fiber with no feather/down casing. Unit is inserted in down proof muslin casing.

FTI 14 All Fiber Dacron Back Pillows
Standard Pearson construction, DuPont Hollofil fiber hand filled in a non woven polyester sewn casing. Recommended with FTI 1 Seat Cushions.
FTI 15 Seat Cushions - Foam Dacron Down Feather wrapped
Same construction as FTI 10 seat cushions, except a
